Recruitment and Retention Resources
Section outline
-
This set of resources guides you through the recruitment process. It starts by asking the question, what do you want to achieve rather than what you are going to do. Only when you have answered this question does it move onto thinking about what type of people you would like to recruit and how you’re going to recruit them.
These resources are accompanied by a downloadable recruitment toolbox which allows you to plan for success and covers all the important things they need to be considered. It is a four-page word document that guides you through the recruitment process, asking questions and suggesting help. It is completely editable so that you can design your own recruitment plan.
To start browsing these resources, click on the Recruitment and retention resources book icon below. Browse through the book chapters using the table of contents on the right of the screen.
